Isagani is a Director in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Department. He has over 17 years of cumulative audit experience working in St. Kitts, Philippines and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has managed the engagement teams for several of the firm’s major clients within various industries including but not limited to financial services, wholesale/retail trading entities, not for profit, telecommunication, regulatory, statutory bodies, real estate, construction, manufacturing, and non-for-profit organisations.
Isagani is also a technical resource with respect to International Financial Reporting Standards and has facilitated IFRS workshops for some of our major clients on new and emerging standards. He also has experience in the field of internal audit, performing due diligence procedures for mergers, acquisitions and forensic audit.
